The information we store about you will predominantly come from the details you provide to us when placing an order. Our pharmacist or support team may also contact you to gain additional information if we find it necessary to complete your order. The information we store can include: Name, address(s), date of birth, NHS number, email address and phone number. We may occasionally ask for additional information to ensure suitability of the services and products we deliver. This may include information about your health. 

When dispensing private prescriptions, we are required to store details of your order for a minimum of two years.  

How we use the information you provide us 

Your data will be handled in accordance with the Data Protection act. We will use the information you provide us to complete orders and services you have requested. We may also use information provided to improve our website and services or deliver marketing material from Signature Healthcare Services Limited. The security of your information is important to us and we take measures, both electronically and physically, to ensure that you information is not passed to person(s) or companies who are not authorised to receive it. 

Who we can share your information with 

We will only share your information with other companies when required to fulfil your requests. Fo example, you address may be shared by a courier company to allow you to receive delivery of your order.

Requesting information 

By law you have the right to request the information we hold about you and we must respond within 40 days. To request the information, please contact our customer services team. We may ask you for proof of ID and there may be a charge for printed information.
