Pharmacy Counter Delivery

Free next day medicine delivery on orders over £30 

We ship using Royal Mail 24 service. Items which are in stock are dispatched same day if ordered before 5pm (Monday - Friday). Products which are marked 'usually ships within 24 hours' will be dispatched the following day.  

Orders under £30 will have a £1.99 delivery charge.

Private & NHS Prescription Delivery

Our NHS and private prescriptions are delivered FREE via Royal Mail.

Orders are dispatched same day (subject to stock) if we receive your prescription before 5pm Monday - Friday with deliveries taking place Monday - Saturday by Royal Mail.

We may send your order with one of our delivery drivers, our drivers deliver medication 7 days a week 8am - 10pm.

Depending on how we dispatch your order, it may take up to three working days for delivery however for items that are in stock, delivery is usually by the next working day. Some orders may require a signature on delivery and will require a person over the age of 16 to sign. We hope that you are completely satisfied with your order, however if you have any issues, we have outlined our return policy below: 

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to notify us of any issues and a notice of return. You will be entitled to a refund of postage however we are unable to cover the costs of returning the item(s) to us. Postage is not refunded on part orders. 

Due to hygiene reasons, items must be returned in the condition you receive them and the right to return will be forfeited if the seals are opened or damaged. We are unable to exchange any medicines (including prescription medication) or testing products once they are posted out.

In the event of a non-faulty item we have the right to reduce the refund that you receive. The amount which we can reduce your refund by will depend on the decrease in value. This reduction may be 100%. 

To return your items, please log the case on your order history and wait for an authorisation number. Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of receipt of your return.
