Sinusitis

What is sinusitis?

Sinusitis is the inflammation and swelling of the sinuses. It’s usually caused by an infection, is very common, and for most people clears up on its own within 2-3 weeks. If you’re finding it’s taking longer than this, medication can help. Sinusitis usually happens after you’ve had a cold or the flu.
