Festive Opening Times & Order Cut-off 2024

We are quickly approaching the of the year and only a few weeks until Christmas. This year seems to have flown by faster than ever. As always, we want to make sure you receive your medication on-time and safely.

NHS Repeat Medication

If you are ordering your NHS repeat medication from us or your surgery, please place your order by 16th December. This will ensure we can dispatch your medication for delivery in time for Christmas.

Opening Times

Tuesday 24th December 2024: 9am until 6pm opening hours – for items in stock, we will be able to dispatch same day deliveries (for eligible postcodes) and a standard DPD collection will take place. DPD deliveries will be made Friday 27th December. Royal Mail collections will deliver on 27th December. 

Wednesday 25th December 2024: Closed

Thursday 26th December 2024: Closed

Friday 27th December 2024: Normal Collections and Next day deliveries.

Saturday 28th December 2024: Normal Collections and Next day deliveries.

Sunday 29th December 2024: Normal Collections and Next day deliveries.

Monday 30th December 2024: Normal Collections and deliveries made on either 31st December, or 2nd Jan depending on courier policies.

Tuesday 31st December 2024: 9am until 6pm normal opening hours – for items in stock, we will be able to dispatch same day deliveries (for eligible postcodes) and a standard DPD collection will take place. DPD deliveries and Royal Mail will be made Tuesday 2nd December.

Wednesday 1st January 2024: Closed

Thursday 2nd January 2024: Normal Service Resumes

The last posting dates for any cold chain items including Mounjaro and Wegovy will be 22nd December before Christmas and  Sunday 29th December before New Years.
